These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Document Compliance Network (“DCN”) platform, tools, and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
1. Eligibility & Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of your organization. DCN is intended for business and compliance-related use only. Unauthorized or unlawful use is strictly prohibited.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and comply with document upload guidelines.
You agree not to:
– Share access without authorization
– Upload harmful, illegal, or misleading files
– Disrupt or overload the system infrastructure
3. Document Ownership & Data Use
You retain full ownership of the documents you upload. DCN does not sell or share your content. We use your data only for service delivery, support, and legal compliance.
4. Subscription, Billing & Termination
Billing is based on your subscription agreement. Either party may terminate with notice. DCN may suspend service for violation of terms, non-payment, or security risks.
